William Alex Fraser (born 1924) was a New Zealand politician of the Labour Party.
He represented the Dunedin electorate of St Kilda from 1957 to 1981, when he retired.
He was a Cabinet Minister, and was Minister of Defence from 1974 to 1975 in the Third Labour Government.
